4Location Data Usage
Location tracking is a core feature of the SchoolRider App:
- Drivers: We collect continuous real-time location data (including in the background when the app is closed or not in use) during active trips. This allows parents to see live bus locations and enables automated geofenced arrival/departure logs.
- Parents & Users: We may collect foreground location data to show your position relative to the school bus or facilities.
- Control: You can manage or revoke location permissions at any time through your device settings, though this may disable core tracking functionality.

We implement strong security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we advise users to keep their login credentials confidential.
6Sharing Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share data with third-party service providers when necessary for app functionality, security, or legal compliance.
